ABOUT
Sapphic Next Gen is a mentorship, leadership, and youth development initiative dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for sapphic young people ages 26 and under.
We believe young people deserve more than access to community spaces. They deserve opportunities to actively shape them.
Through mentorship, educational programming, community service, volunteer leadership, and opportunities for personal development, Sapphic Next Gen empowers participants to build confidence, form meaningful relationships, develop practical skills, and become active contributors to their communities.
Our programming is intentionally organized into two age-based groups to ensure that participants have access to developmentally appropriate opportunities for growth and connection.
Ages 16 & Under
Youth Discovery & Development
Identity exploration, friendship, age-appropriate mentorship, educational activities, and introductory leadership opportunities.
Ages 17-26
Young Adult Growth & Leadership
Mentorship, higher education support, career exploration, internships, community engagement, and advanced leadership development.
Our Youth Volunteer Leadership Program, serving ages 14–17, provides a dedicated pathway for young people to earn verified community service hours, develop leadership and communication skills, participate in meaningful service projects, and help shape youth-centered events and initiatives.
Sapphic Next Gen connects young people with opportunities to develop the skills, relationships, and experience necessary to pursue their goals while strengthening the community around them.
